If I wanted to use this script but load it externally to others sites, would that be possible? Maybe with an iframe?

I actually saw someone do this a few years back, and I remembered it this morning and found something similar. Shortly after I finished, I heard about the youtube thing, so I kind of missed the boat, eh?
